Starting from 7 September 2026, customers shipping from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand are advised to utilise the carrier's Booking Amendment Tool. This new system will facilitate the submission process.
The updated procedure specifically covers documentation related to Dangerous Goods. Additionally, certain documents for non-dangerous cargo will also be managed through this new online platform, according to Container News.
